The service I have received is second to none. When you found you could not supply the new sounder I had ordered, you generously substituted a superior one at no additional cost. You provided precise wiring instructions so that I could move wires from the old sounder to the new one, and you stuck by me (by email) as we gradually arrived at the problem (apparently of my making!) that emerged and solved it.

I was amazed at how helpful the Company was in helping me solve a self inflicted problem,on a system that was not even supplied by them. This company has a very high work ethic having previously installed a number of alarm systems for me, I've now lost him to this internet buisiness which I know will be run to the same very high standard and attention to detail. Don't hesitate in using his systems+advice. His main asset is his honesty I asked him for "Fort Knox" protections he simplyfied and bettered them for a tenth of the price and they're still trouble free 10 years later

After considering a few alarm providers and asking some questions to try and establish the type of service and advice I would get I chose Electrotec alarms. The advice was excellent and the queries I had when installing the alarm were answered promptly and comprehensively.
